Vendors

Sell with us! Experienced vendors or brand new, a hobby or business, it is easy to set up and sell at one of our record shows.

What can you sell? Our dealers sell music in almost every format. Currently most popular is vinyl LP’s with 45’s a close second. Our shows also have CD’s, DVD’s, Blu-ray, t-shirts, bobble heads, posters and patches (depending on the mix of vendors). Most of our customers are looking for vinyl, but if you have something music related, give us a try.

How much does it cost? Cost to set up is determined by how many tables you want to use. Prices vary per show and range from $40 (Countryside) to $50 (Milwaukee Sheraton) per table. Fees are collected near or after the halfway point of the show.

How to a reserve a table? Call Bill at 847-409-9656 or e-mail. Check our event calendar for all of the upcoming shows.

How does the show run? Most of our shows are open to customers from 10 AM to 4 PM. Brewery shows run from Noon to 5 PM, but we are adjusting times so check the description / ask. Set-up begins two hours before the show opens. Non-brewery shows allow Early Birds starting at 1.5 hours before opening. We ask that you be ready to sell by the regular open time. When you arrive at the venue find Bill or Brian and they will direct you to your table(s).

Do I need to bring my own table? Table and chairs are provided. If you need electricity or have additional set-up requirements, let us know as soon as possible. Big displays are great, and the room looks better if we plan for it.
